U12 BeaverStars with split in Bratislava

In the first match against Apollo, our kids seemed to be a bit tired and afraid of their own courage due to the strong performance of the Slovaks in the winter indoor tournaments. In any case, it took them until the 3rd inning to find themselves and work together with good concentration. Nevertheless, this match went 2:12 to Apollo.

The 2nd game against the Blue Bats was balanced and great to watch, again showing very good fielding and great teamwork. Some deficiencies in defense and hitting need to be corrected. In the end, the BeaverStars had a deserved 10:7 lead.

There was great joy for new Metrostar Philipp, whose first catch in a game was a fly out and who also produced a good hit in his first at bat.
